Shipping
We ship all across Europe with DPD, Bpost, DHL or UPS. For some items you can choose your preferred shipping method, for others (depending on size or weight), only 1 will be available. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Delivery can be faster than expected but also slower, for example in certain times like the peak season period or when we offer specials . Please take this into consideration and take the below delivery times as a guideline!
Free delivery
Delivery is free as from a purchase amount of 150 euro for shipments to Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Denmark. For extra large items or other countries the shipping cost will be indicated on the cart checkout page.
Sustainability
We all talk about sustainability. A big part in that is the ecological cost of unnecessary shipping. That's why we aim to reduce unnecessary shipping. How we do this ?
- Items that are shipped/sold frequently, we take in stock. This enables us to ship your checkout cart as much as possible together.
- Less frequently sold items or when they are out of stock temporarily might be shipped directly from the manufacturer. While this could mean that your order is shipped in multiple packages, it might still mean that it was the most sustainable way, as it didn't unnecessarily go through our warehouse as an additional step.
- Our goal is to improve on the sustainability of the logistics process continuously. If you feel like we can improve on shipping the order you received let us know in the feedback email you receive after your order.

THINK before ordering. We ask you to please consider the environment and order wisely, keeping unnecessary shipments in mind. We are no fans of ordering multiple sizes/items with the plan of returning a few. Of course, if you got the wrong size or item, or are unhappy, we will happily receive your return (see returns section).
Free returns
When you are not happy about your purchase, you may use the return label to return the item to us. In case there is no return label, please contact support@outmana.com for help. DO NOT send items to us without a return label, it may get lost and we cannot refund you in that case.
In view of our sustainability promise, we ask you however to not order several sizes or options with the plan to return goods. We all care for our planet and OUTMANA is focused on reducing any unnecessary logistics steps. Check our sizing guides and ask our team for help. Of course, if the fit or product is not right, we are here to accept the return and arrange credit or replacement whichever you prefer.
Delivery times
Our delivery times will be indicated on the checkout page and/or on the product detail page. On average you may expect the below delivery times. Usually delivery will be sooner, but keep the below maximum delivery times in mind. If you are in a rush, you can select Express delivery on the checkout page.

TAXES
If you are buying from UK or other countries outside Europe (non EU member states), you may need to pay for import duties or other taxes upon importing the goods into your country. Make sure that you are well aware of this. These costs will not be covered by Outmana.
